My Story

About Vincent McNatt

Vincent McNatt, a Maryland native, has nurtured a profound passion for worship for as long as he can remember. Even as a child, worship was not simply a Sunday ritual; it was a personal refuge and a way of life. He recalls rushing home from school each day, filled with anticipation, retreating to the basement where his heart would naturally turn to worship. This space became sacred ground, where a young boy sought something deeper beyond routine religion—an intimate encounter with God.

Though he was raised in the church, immersed in the traditions of faith, Vincent’s early understanding of Christ was shaped more by inherited beliefs than personal experience. It wasn't until recent years that he felt a shift in his journey. Through repeated, powerful encounters with Jesus, he began to know Christ not just as a distant figure, but as a living presence in his own life. These encounters marked a turning point, transforming his faith from one of formality to one of relationship.

Vincent’s life mirrors Luke 15:24: “For this son of mine was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.” He sees himself in the story of the prodigal, once wandering, now returned, embraced by the love of the Father. His journey from knowing about God to truly knowing God shapes his music and message, as he strives to awaken hearts to the love and grace of Christ, just as his own heart has been awakened.
